Captain Turnbull finished over a 14-year career as an officer in the South African Navy. Since leaving the Navy he converted his skills to the yachting industry where he has worked for the past 8 years.

Kyle de Wet, First Officer Meet Kyle
Kyle has achieved world junior champion in this sailing class, and travelled to England, Portugal and Scotland to compete. Kyle holds a Chief Mate’s 3000-ton captain’s license. Kyle enjoys cycling and kite surfing.

Johan Van Eeden, Chief Engineer Meet Johan
Johan grew up on a farm in South Africa. After completing his university education, he traveled the world for 2 years and then became a dive instructor and dived along most of the African coast. He is qualified as a Y3 engineer.

Nicholas Hornby, Bosun Meet Nick
Nick was born in the North of England and has spent much of his life travelling the world. Once he joined the yachting industry however, he never looked back. Nick has an honours degree in financial studies.

Michael “Boffski” Boffa, Deck Hand Meet Michael
Michael was born and raised on a farm on the south coast of Durban, South Africa. His passion for the water started at a young age with Surf-Ski paddling and competitive canoeing. After studying Sports Science at Stellenbosch University, he decided to turn his interest towards yachting.

Henrik Foxberg, Chef Meet Henrik
Henrik has been a professional chef for over 11 years and received his training in Stockholm, Sweden. He has worked in Guide Michelin starred restaurants and hotels.

Lisa Fargnoli, Chief Stewardess Meet Lisa
Lisa is originally from Toronto, Canada and has spent the last 11 years in the yachting industry as a Chief Stewardess. Previously while living in St. Lucia, Lisa managed several bars and restaurants and learned to sail. You will always find Lisa with a smile on her face.

Jolene Mans, Stewardess Meet Jolene
Jolene grew up in Pretoria, South Africa before moving to Stellenbosch at the age of 16 to finish school. Jolene loves her work on yachts as it allows her to travel and meet new cultures and people. In her free time, she likes to stay active with yoga, diving and running on the beach.

Rianne Lutchmaya, Stewardess Meet Rianne
Rianne was born and grew up on the island of Mauritius. She is a very keen diver and spends most of her time underwater when she is at home. After school, she travelled to the UK where she worked in hospitality learning about great food and wine.
