Vitaliy was born in the Ukraine, and moved to the United States at an early age. He is a certified USCG Engineer officer of the watch. Vitaliy has been in the megayachting industry for 6 years. He is very skilled in many aspects of engineering. His experience working on yachts and his easy-going personality make Vitaliy an excellent crew mate.
