Craig Turnbull
Craig is from Cape Town, a wonderful tourist destination. After high school, Craig joined the South African Navy. He served as a deck officer during his 14-year career. He was in command of a Torpedo Recovery Vessel, which specialized in dive training. In 1990 Craig served with the Chilean navy, sailing with the training ship B.E. Esmeralda in the South Pacific. After the navy, Craig converted his qualifications to pursue a career on motor yachts. Craig was employed as mate on various vessels in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean for five years before moving up to the Captain's position. He has served on Allegria for 4 years and currently holds a masters 3,000-ton license. Craig enjoys the outdoors and lives a healthy lifestyle, which complements his future in the mega yacht industry.
