Henrik Foxberg

Henrik has been a professional chef for over 11 years and received his training in Stockholm, Sweden. He has worked in Guide Michelin starred restaurants and hotels, before he shifted to the private sector. Henrik enjoys travelling, learning new cuisines and working with local produce. He gets his inspiration from different cultures, food and people, to create new and exciting dishes. Outside the galley, Henrik keeps fit by jogging and skiing.
