James “Jimmy” Rutherford
Jimmy is from the South Island of New Zealand and has had a passion for food since a young age. After completing his culinary certificate, Jimmy worked and travelled extensively, living in Sydney, Tokyo, London and Sardinia. He has worked on motor yachts for the past 6 years and loves the challenges and travel on the high seas. While not onboard, Jimmy enjoys the great outdoors, especially chasing snow.
